OUr Mission
Even after years of higher education, many find themselves struggling to fully live their lives purposefully and professionally; together, we intend to change that.

We are a community of young women who aim to grow as individuals, to become leaders in our fields, and to prepare one another in a readiness to encounter today's society. Together, we will discover how to navigate our personal and professional lives with a deeper understanding of ourselves and a greater capacity to serve others.

I am a student studying Architecture at UC Berkeley. It is easy to just live life going with the flow, but I’ve found that being intentional—committing to discovering and understanding myself and finding meaning in what I do—helps me live more fully. Montemare is where I pause, reflect, and embrace these values.

I am a student studying Public Health at UC Berkeley. I believe in Montemare because I believe in empowering women through education and virtue. When we make space to discuss how and where we want to grow in our lives, only then can we truly make the informed decisions that will lead us to correct path.

I am a student studying Sociology and Legal Studies at UC Berkeley. I for one, have been touched by Montemare’s benevolence; providing me with one of the most valuable (monthly) supplements I can take
in life to welcome in the light. Doing so, I find myself gathered in the presence of warm company; carrying the torch that sheds light on the script of my purpose.
